When you combine the lush, scenic hinterland and quiet rolling valleys with warm, sunny days and an abundance of seaside coffee shops, SE Queensland is a true cycling mecca most all year round. The added beauty of this trip is that once you've sampled all the Gold Coast has to offer you will ride/transfer to our next amazing accommodation venue on the Sunny Coast for another 7 days of sun, warmth, great coffee and amazing rides.
Our 14 day itinerary showcases everything the Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast have to offer with scenic rides that will have you back by lunchtime most days so you can enjoy the sandy beaches and surf, some shopping and relaxing in the cafes that all the locals frequent. You may even run into some cycling royalty at his cafe in Miami on a coffee ride one morning....
This tour can be broken into 2 x 7 day itineraries with the Gold Coast sector starting and finishing at Coolangatta Airport and the Sunshine Coast from Brisbane Airport (alternative arrangements can be made on request).

Itinerary overview

This tour can be experienced as 2 separate 7 day itineraries. Experience all the Gold Coast has to offer across 7 relaxing days and then fly home, or continue to the Sunshine Coast for more of what SE Queensland has to offer.
Perhaps one of the most famous sights on the Gold Coast, Surfer's Paradise.
Maleny Botanic Gardens on the Sunny Coast are a must.
The beaches aee the best in the world and you have each afternoon to use them
ARRIVAL
Your tour begins with arrival into Coolangatta Airport for the Gold Coast tour or Brisbane Airport if you're doing the Sunshine Coast tour only. We will transfer to our accommodation close to the sandy beaches, get settled in and our bikes put together in time for welcome drinks in the bar where Kerry will deliver a brief of what's to come across the tour before moving on to dinner.
Locations
This is a homebase style tour that offers beautiful self contained resort apartment accommodation close to the sandy beaches and cafes. Your Gold Coast apartment will be situated in the heart of the Gold Coast while your Sunshine Coast accommodation will be in beautiful Mooloolaba*
daily rides
The rides depart each morning after breakfast with a fully stocked support van. Your day bags will be in the bus packed with anything you were advised you will need that day, such as a change of clothes or shoes for any walking we will do or items you dont want to carry in your jersey. We stop for coffee and lunch at prime locations offering great menu choices and views where possible.
NIGHTLY DINNERS AND LUNCHES
10 dinners are included in your package to take the stress out of wondering where to go, whilst also leaving you one (1) free night to experience a venue of your choice. Dinners are 3 courses from menus offering a great range of fresh local products and wines. Lunches are taken in local cafes or surf clubs. Lunches and alcohol are not included in our packages.
