GIRO D'ITALIA
Tour Overview
Join Henk Vogels on our amazing Giro d'italia tour. Staying multiple nights in each location so you can immerse yourself in the Italian culture this tour has everything. Seeing 2-3 key stages of the race, nightly dinners in top rated restaurants (because we know all the good places to eat), staying in beautiful 3-4 star hotels or top ranking B&Bs and conquering the major climbs the area is famous for.
This tour offers more than just seeing the race. A true cultural experience with the perfect balance of cycling, dining and Giro stage viewing. We will get you to a couple of Giro stages while spending the better part of your well earned holiday challenging yourself on many of the famous passes that feature in the race across the Italian Alps and the Dolomites regions.
Finishing off with 2 nights on Lake Como, we will visit the Madonna del Ghisallo chapel and explore the famous cycling museum right next door. Though this tour is rated 5/5 our tours provide the opportunity to ride as much or as little as you like. The support van goes everywhere with the riders so you can take a day off and come with Kim in the van or you can sleep in and spend the day in town.

client review
Just wanted to say how awesome our time has been on the Italy Giro tour 2018. Awesome driving, incredible food, great accommodation and the best riding ever. Really impressed with the rides Kerry and Kim and Henk have orchestrated for us. Caught up with a couple of tour stages, rode in heat, rain and snow. Conquered the big rides - Stelvio, Mt Zoncolan, Gavia, Montorolo and had fun at Lake Como. Nothing short of spectacular. Looking forward to our next adventure with you.
